Happy Children’s Book Week! As you can imagine children’s books had a major impact on me growing up as a young cartoonist. Dr. Seuss was probably my favorite author and illustrator, followed by Lewis Carroll. You can see the influence of both in my work. Though Carroll did not illustrate Alice, he was a maze artist, and the twist and turns of his tales influenced my work and have appeared many times in my mazes. Here are a few of my favorite children’s book and rhyme inspired MazeToons. How many can you recognize?
